Media Description

AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made between Broughton Media Group (“Company”) and the undersigned creator (“Contributor”) as of the date signed below.

Permission to Use media work(s) listed in the Media Details above.

I hereby grant permission for use of my media.

The Contributor grants to the Company the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute photographs, videos, and other media submitted by the Contributor for any and all purposes, including but not limited to promotional materials, website content, social media posts, and advertising. This permission extends to any form of media, whether now known or hereafter devised.

Usage Rights

I grant the agency and their authorized parties the right to use, reproduce, and distribute the photographs.

The Company shall hold the following usage rights regarding the media provided:

・The right to publicly display, reproduce, and distribute the media in connection with Broughton Media Group and its associated activities.

・The right to modify, edit, or alter the media in any way, as deemed necessary for the purposes stated above.

・The right to utilize the media without temporal limitations, including but not limited to any future promotional or informational materials.

Compensation

I release all rights and claims to compensation.

The Contributor acknowledges and agrees that they will not receive any monetary compensation or other remuneration for the use of the media by the Company. However, the Company commits to provide reasonable credit to the Contributor when the media is used, when feasible.

Waiver and Release

I release all rights and claims to the photos and videos, allowing the organization to use them without compensation.

The Contributor hereby waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the specific uses thereof, and releases the Company, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the media, including but not limited to any claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or copyright infringement.

Additional Considerations

I agree to the following additional considerations:

1: Indemnification: The Contributor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims or demands arising from the use of the media, including but not limited to any claims by third parties related to copyright or ownership.

2: Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.

3: Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

Authorization

By signing below, the Contributor acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms of this Agreement and give their consent to the stated permissions and waivers.
