We're excited that you're eager to include the BGW Community in your celebration. Once we review your submission, we may feature your story on one or all of our social media platforms, our website, and maybe even in our BGW Elevate Magazine. Just remember, our policy only permits the celebrating couple to share their love stories, photos, and videos. If you're a friend, family member or vendor, please pass on this link to the couple so they can make a submission.
Before you submit, please review the following requirements. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in your submission not being considered:
What are we asking for?
Once you receive your gallery link from your photographer, provide us with the link and access codes in your submission form. This is the preferred submission method. However, you may select 75-100 professional photography images and hi light videos (For Weddings), and 25-50 images and save the date videos (For EnGAYgements).
Here is list of things that we would like you to submit to be featured:
•Vertical/Horizontal images of the couple,(first look photos, pre-wedding photos aka(getting ready)
•Vertical/Horizontal images of the couple TOGETHER!!!,(Just the couple without the wedding parties...It's YOUR DAY, so we want to see you both enjoying it).
•Images of the wedding party, (groomsmen, grooms-maids, bridesmaids, flower girl, ring bearer, and pets)
•Vertical/Horizontal images of well-styled stationery, reception table decor with different views.
•Venue Shots an overall staging of the room with all the details.
•Paper goods like invitations, menu-chargers, bar signage, other wedding signage.
•Wedding Details, florals, custom aisle runner, and etc.
•EnGAYgements: Submit Creative & Stylish Proposal Photos & Videos, Make it interesting.
•Vertical/Horizontal images of the couple,(first look photos, pre-wedding photos aka(getting ready)
The BGW submission review team prefers high-resolution professional photography images with no branding or watermarks, and a mixture of vertical and horizontal orientations.
Please be aware that we do not accept photos and videos taken with phone cameras by friends or family. We only review professional photos and videos.
